missing air conditioning disorganized staff
The breakfast was acceptable, with a sufficient variety of options to start the day.
My room did not include air conditioning , despite the listing claiming it did. This made sleeping difficult. I also found the staff disorganized. They were polite enough , but requests seemed to get lost or delayed.

central location modern room varied breakfast
The hotel is close to the bus station for easy access to the cable car. The room had a view of the lake and the pool. The breakfast offered varied options, and the four-course dinner had excellent quality.

The breakfast had a nice variety of food. I liked the easy access to the parking garage. Staff were service-minded. I found that very helpful.
The room was too warm. I could not regulate the heating. There was no cleaning done . Towels were also scarce, inconvenient.
